Artist's Journey (detail), 18″ H x 18” L, Hand embroidery

20" x 20" framed The artist’s lonely creative journey. The figure carries a fetus – potential- and is engulfed in a bubble, oblivious to the formidable obstacles ahead: high waves; storms; whirlpools; a barrier wall; and the succession of time as indicated by several sun-like and star-like spheres. The light sources indicate that the artist is heading towards enlightenment.

22” L x 22” W framed A childhood memory, depicts a mother and father leaving the homes of their parents for a new post-WWII suburb in another state. With the loss of an extended family safety-net, their three children grew up.

18” L x 18” framed The movement of cloudy skies, bobbing evergreen boughs, and birds living in the moment contribute to the synchronicity of spring.

20.5L x 20"W framed When the artist was a child she had long, fine, brown hair, which is represented in the center of the piece. The background symbolizes the whirling of thoughts and dreams in her unconscious.

21"L x 20"W framed Inspired by New England fiddlehead ferns and flowers

13” L x 13” W framed Vintage napkin base.
